At Microsoft, my role as Sr. EHS Director for APAC involves spearheading the environmental, health, and safety initiatives across a rapidly growing Datacenter footprint. We have successfully cultivated the EHS process throughout all lifecycle phases, from land acquisition to operation, thanks to our proficient team located in 11 countries. My expertise in project planning and supervisory skills has been critical in this regional expansion.

The past experiences have honed my skills in developing and transforming operational tempo and HSSE programs within diverse organizational frameworks. As a Certified Safety Professional, the commitment to excellence in safety standards is evident in our world-class safety record and the positive cultural change within the teams I lead.
